longer in my home network

Whty does the xfinity app say I am no longer in my home network, as OUT-OF-HOME.  When you go to help it displays the same message.  I am on my home network/

 Your device is showing offline in our tools, are you able to surf the web?   Can you try power cycling the modem and see if that resolves the issue?  If that does not resolve the issue you will need to contact suppport so they can troubleshoot and get the modem back online.

Yes I can surf the web and even posted the problem using the same computer and internet.  All my devices are working but the app syas I am not on my home network.
