to view full episodes videos on CN u click on get started it goes to box with all cable company providers I click Infinity & it's suppose to back to Start Page & allow you to choose your show tonight it's keep asking for me to login & I'm login

make sure your logging in with the primary user credentials and you might want to try a computer restart

It is not required that you log in as the PRIMARY Comcast user account. A secondary account will also work.

 

Spare me from your usual comment "good luck with it" when signing in as a secondary account. Luck has nothing to do with it.

 

Secondary accounts do work. If they didn't my daughter, who is one of my secondary accounts, would not be able to sign in successfully to phone apps or such things as Cartoon Network. And neither would I when I use MY secondary account to sign in.

 

Suppose the person who wants to sign in is a secondary account holder. If the PRIMARY was required how many primary users would let another account have his/her password?  No one gets my primary account password-that is for me only.
