i recently moved and had to transfer my service. when i called to shut the service off at the previous location i was not able to log into xfinity and watch tv online (understandable since i had called to stop the service). However, now that my service has been turned back on it still won't let me. when i pick a channel it says i don't have the subscription for that channel. I know i have the new service turned on because i've been watching tv at home since saturday. i've linked my user accounts from the old to new, i've gone through trouble shooting as well as your FAQ's and you have no useful information. please get back to me on how to fix this.
