When I click on the box to get information about the specific program I am bumped back to the top of the list. Not always just most of the time. This is pretty pathetic for a too-high priced "service".

Right now this problem happens every time I want program info.  I have had a number of problems with the new upgrade which I think sucks.  I told them that when they first upgrade and ask for my opinion.  But looks like you can only give them your opinion once.  And yes, paying this much for something that doesn't work isn't right.  Can't wait until Verizon moves in to the area.
