Re: laptop

I think the question was, is there any way to see (add stream? add separate request?) a certain show's episode shown in Comcast's list but not as a 'play online' or 'avail online' when other episodes in that show *are*..?

There should be someway to let Comcast's people, who are doing that 'selection', know that we would like to see and have online access to the *entire* episode line in that season. Can we do this, or find some way to see said episode via some type of setting?

Re: laptop

The networks decide what to make available for online and On Demand viewing. If an episode is missing it's because the network did not release it.

Re: laptop

If you can watch movies, tv shows or anything else on your laptop via Xfinity [Comcast] on the internet, then good luck!!!  I have been playing the "what you have to do game" with Comcast for over a year and to date, I still can not watch any shows, movies or anything on my laptop. Does it really work or is it some sort of marketing scheme to make you believe it does?   I will not go into the other nightmare I am having watching movies on my regular TV through their box.  It has been months since I could watch any movies due to "pixelation", box filling up and error codes.  Was told that they could fix the error codes, for a "fee".  Their service does not work and they want me to pay to fix it?  That does not make any sense to me, well to them it does.  More money!!
