keep getting locked out of my channels

keep getting locked out of my channels

some times i can watch my shows and sometimes i can't i have tryed IE crome and firefox all up to date. i can go to the network site and watch the shows and my comcast login works. just on xfinity sometimes it works and most of the time it don't. like not i just watched southland and when it was done the autoplay took me to the next episode but then i was locked out. this has been happening for about 2 months now. is it going to be fixed soon or should i look for a differant service provider.

When the orange keys appear, try deleting your cookies and cache and then try watching the episode again.

 

Let me know if it works.

ok it locked me out so i  deleted all cookies, cache, prefrances, everything then  logged back in and tryed again and i was still locked out.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
