just got a new LG 4k, smart TV. what kind of cable box do I need

I've only had a crt tv and a regular set top box.  Just ordered an Lg HD, 4k smart tv.   what kind of cable box do I need to accomodate HDMI?

In order to utilize HDMI, you will need an HD set-top box.  The exact model will depend on your level of subscription ( legacy vs. X1 ).

I would either contact Comcast to discuss what options you might want with the new 4K television, or visit a nearby Comcast service center if convenient for you.

You more than likely will need tech. help for setting up the new equipment correctly.
