I am trying to hook up my box. It says one moment please this channel should be available shortly.. I don't have cable because I have direct tv. So I don't know if the box has wifi to get the channels?? I called for help and it was a 4 hour wait.

X1 boxes don't have a one moment please message but Legacy boxes do. If you have direct tv, you'll have to disconnect that outlet from direct tv and hook it up to a live Comcast cable signal. 

 

The Xi5 uses a combination of wifi and Moca from an X1 dvr or XG2 to function.
