iPhone app not working Motorola DCX3400

Help, I can't get my iPhone app to detect the DVR. It has worked in the past before, and is currently not detecting my DVR in the app. What should I so? Has anyone else had issues with this?

Try unplugging your box for a minute or so and then plug it back in.

 

I suggest you do this before you leave the house or before you go to bed. It takes some time for the grid to fully load and for the cable box to fully sync back up again.

 

After you have done this, please try again and let me know the results.

Sorry for the late response. I have tried this multiple times, and I can't get the app to locate the DVR.

go to your cable box, go to menu box set up, look for remote access set up, see if when you select it, it says delete.  If it does go ahead and do that.  Then go back to the website and try to synch up again.
