iPhone and iPad app no longer work

Ever since I replaced my old box with the new Motorola DCX-3501, my apps no longer work and doesn't communicate with the box. Can't change channels or record. It recognizes the DVR name but when I send a Test signal, nothing happens. Everything worked fine with my older box, a Moto DCT-3416. Anyone experiencing these issues with the new box? FYI, I've deleted and reinstalled apps several times already. Also tried rebooting my iOS devices first before reinstalling.

FYI, both my iPhone an iPad apps now work with the DCX3501.

The belief is the newest DVR, the DCX3501 is not yet working with the mobile apps.  You might want the try and get a DCX3400, still one of the newer DVR's with either a 250, 320 or 500gb drive in it.

I wonder why the app support people don't mention this. They just escalate the issue and give me a trouble ticket number and tell me to wait for a phone call.

FYI, both my iPhone an iPad apps now work with the DCX3501.
