iPhone Xfinity TV App Error 400

iPhone Xfinity TV App Error 400

Seems that 2/3 the time I try the "Play Now" feature I get an Error 400 window. It doesn't seem to matter which network, TV, or movie. I use my iPhone for this and was wondering why an error code comes up at all.

clear cache and cookies.  There is also an issue with the xfinity app that comcast is aware of and working on.  also you can try to delete the app.  hard reset the phone reinstall and try again

Are you trying to watch videos through the Xfinity TV App under the Play Now tab or are you trying to watch videos through the Safari browser?

Are you logged in with your Comcast ID or Comcast.net e-mail address?

Thanks,
