iPhone 5 X1 apps not working

I moved recently and had to have my gateway reprovisioned. Now my TV and remote apps aren't working. Is it possible that the STB isn't assigned properly on my account?

This issue was resolved. Apparently, when your service is moved your Comcast needs to assign your sign in credentials to a new account. An online chat session with support for about 10 minutes will get it fixed.
