Re: iPad app not working after iOs 6 update

Hi all,

When trying to change the channel, are you receiving an error message?

Also, go here and make sure TV Control is set to ON.

Thanks,
Joe

Re: iPad app not working after iOs 6 update

I have updated the TV Control to On. I have tried iOS 5 and iOS 6. I get no messages on the TV or the iPad. The iPad thinks the channel has changed. I get the same behavior from the internet app.

I have tried logging out and re-installing.

Ideas?

Re: iPad app not working after iOs 6 update

Got it working by unplugging the cable box and unplugging the cable. That in combination with everything else seems to have done the trick.
