iPad Xfinity TV Go App won't accept login and password

iPad Xfinity TV Go App won't accept login and password

I can log into xfinity just fine on the xfinity website (as I'm in here now); however, I can't login to the app on my iPad with the same user id and password. I've tried my email as well to no avail. It just keeps saying ' please enter a valid Comcast ID or username and password' 

 

please help.

I have exactly the same problem. Customer service said they would report the problem to the technical dept that works on the app. They also said write a review in the App Store so someone can possibly look into the problem.
