iPad DVR recordings do not match X1 DVR

iPad DVR recordings do not match X1 DVR

Noticed my IPAD recordings did not match X1 box DVR. I deleted on IPad but these go into the Deleted cabinet and only option is to restore. I have reset the X1 box and reinstalled the IPad App but no luck.

 

Any thoughts?

Called Comcast support who moved me up a level of support and that person could not help me and gave me a Ticket # and said would contact me within 48-72 hours. But that never happened.

 

but I finally noticed my IPad TV app no longer showed the "missing" shows under the deleted section. Somehow the Cloud did not match my DVR box and someone at Comcast (I guess as nobody ever contacted me) went in and deleted.
