iOS app Xfinity TV (forX1)

The Xfinity TV app throws an error 12012 - subscription required for all but basic channels. Reinstalled, logged in and out, called support, said prayer and nothing helps.

I subscribe to virtually every premium channel Comcast offers. X1 works fine on every box and on every channel in the house. (I spend $450 per month with Comcast!).

What must I do to get Comcast to reset whatever they have screwed up?? Worked fine 30 days ago before the big X1 server outages.....

Please advise.
