When attempting to accessing https://xtv.comcast.net/grid in Safari 9.0.2, the "Preparing your channel lineup..." status is continuously being displayed and never loads my channels.
This was working fine for a few months, then recently began failing.
My machine is a MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012), running 10.11.2, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD.
I logged in to another user's accout on my computer and the channel line up and play work flawlessly.
This leads me to believe there is something corrupt related to xtv.comcast.net in my user folder.
I did a search on my user folder for “xtv.comcast.net”, found a file named “https_xtv.comcast.net_0.localstorage” in ~/Library/Safari/LocalStorage/, quit Safari, moved the file to my desktop and relaunched Safari and loaded https://xtv.comcast.net/grid. - The problem still exists.
Perhaps there’s another file, cache, etc., that needs to get cleared out somewhere in my user folder, I don’t know???
Any insight to the web app would be appreciated.
Thanks!
