Favorite channels will be re-introduced in an upcoming release on the XFINITY TV Portal. They are available today on the XFINITY TV Remote app for iOS and Android.  If you set them up in TV Remote, they will automatically become available at the tv.xfinity.com portal when the feature is ready and released (i.e. they will synchronize across all your apps and devices).
