For a week I have been using the new software and watching Channel 256 on my home wifi on my MacBook Pro.  Today around noon, GUIDE > TV LISTINGS no longer shows me the 3-digit channel numbers in the 2nd column but instead only "TVGO".  I no longer can view the entire TV channel listings LINEUP and thereby view, i.e. Channel 256, ... instead as of noon today, I can only see the limited TVGO channels.  NOT GOOD.  I have only watched TV (Xfinity) on my MacBook Pro now for 2 years and the new software was relatively fine UNTIL TODAY!!!!!!




I AM AT HOME ON OUR WIFI and I can no longer watch my "entire lineup" of channels as I had been doing for several weeks on my MacBook Pro.

The same thing is happening on the app on my iPhone. It is so annoying. It may be crazy but I like to scroll through the channels on my app and watch on my tv- it's a quick guide for channels. I thought it was a problem with the app so I uninstalled and reinstalled but it's still there. I don't like this change!

Same problem, started this morning. Streaming my full channel line up on my home network is all effed up. The problem persists across 2 android devices running the Xfinity TV App as well as the "new (black) style" TV web portal on my Windows tablet.The only channels available are the TV GO ones, even though i'm on my home network. My full channel lineup has come back online then vanished again throughout the day. I posted about it in the X1 forum.


ComcastAndrew in his wisdom moved it to the "TV App and TV GO App" forum, without any comment or acknowledgement of the problem itself, even though the error seems to be a general streaming / channel guide issue, not just an app issue. I'm sure the problem is on the Xfinity Cloud DVR backend. It seems that Comcast is still in public denial mode while they scramble to fix whatever it is they effed up on the backend. Needless to say i'm PO'd that this is the level of service i get for $150/mo. At least acknowledge the GD problem...  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So it's affecting Android and Iphone TV App viewers, and Windows & Mac Web portal viewers too, anyone with a streaming set top box (Xfinity, Roku, etc.)  care too chime in if their channel lineup is borked too?


BTW I'm in the SWFL market, it appears you guys are FL customers too.


My X1 DVR box is unaffected and still gets my full channel lineup, and i can still stream previously recorded shows. The dang channel guide is just borked, like they're applying the TV Go filter to all of our streaming channel guides.
