Are you ever going to fix this site?  My husbad reported issues with it more than year ago and ti still doesn't work. Sound is fine there  is no picture on any video in any browser. I've tried Edge, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Avant, Safari and Chrome and NOT ONE of them show ANY video image whatsoever.

It works for me with Win 7 Pro and Chrome browser after I have logged intoi my main comcast.net user.
