how to remove default Spanish audio setting

ABC has been silent, both on DVR and live, since a recent wind storm.  The Set Up text default is Spanish which could actually be the problem.  When I insert English, Spanish still remains the default.  How can we change that?

Hi 2945 -- Is this the only channel having this issue? Do all the other channels have English audio?

There were two channels, one all the time, the other alternating, depending upon whether the show was bilingual.  The default setting was the issue.  The fourth technician did something remotely, told me the box would have to be replaced, but when I looked once more in the set up audio location, English was in the default line.  So, we have chosen to enjoy it for as long as it lasts.  Suspect the next power outage (system is on a surge protector) it will happen again!
