how to download content to tablet/phone

I have an android phone and tablet. I thought there was a way to download tv or movies such that I can watch something when not connected, say on a plane on xfinity player app.

I go to the settings menu, manage download devices, it says registered devices, a houshold can have up to 3 devices. to remove a device, go to manage devices on the device you wish to remove, then delete it.

I can't figure out how to do this. I did a search, did not find anything.

When browsing through TV Series or Movies, click the Downloadable filter and you can see all the content that is available for download. Find a episode/move and then click the download button to start the download.

You shouldn't have to delete a device but let me know if you are still having problems.

Thanks,
Joe
