how do I get letters off the tv screen when Im watching a show that I taped on DVR

While watching a show that was recorded on the DVR the shows title and other letters stay on the screen How do I erase them?

without a screen shot it is just a guess that you are seeing the information that you see when the info button has been pressed. if so it will have options like restart episodes and more. If that is what you are seeing press exit one time to dismiss the info details.

    Use the EXIT button on your remote.
