getting Tivo to show up in xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/tivo

Is there some trick for getting a Tivo to show up in  http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/tivo ?

I get the message, "TiVo Online Scheduler is available in your area. However, we are unable to detect a compatible TiVo in your household." I'm logged in and the Tivo is working fine with Comcast otherwise.

At http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/mytv/dvr I get a similar message, "DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household." The two Comcast DVRs I had prior to getting the Tivo were detected properly (though the online scheduling was buggy and didn't really work).

I have never heard of tivo working with dvr manager.  When I click that link it puts a tivo logo on my page but still shows my dvr recordings.   Where did you hear of this, this is news to me

When I check the site this is what it says.

XFINITY TV subscribers can program their DVR Manager online and schedule recordings from anywhere with your Comcast ID. ... DVR Manager is not compatible with retail DVR devices such as TiVo

I never heard of the comcast tivo site. When I try that it brings up my DCX3400. Try http://www.tivo.com instead to do online scheduling for tivo -- it works with mine.
