error message 525 2104

I am getting the error message 525 2104 when I try to watch any video.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled silverlight 14 times. I am on a Mac Os X 10.6.8. I have deleted cookies, cache, and history. I have tried on both firefox and safari and every time I get the same error message.

Try upgrading your Firefox to version 17.0.1 here:

Then try watching videos again and let me know the results.
