Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Error 310 - Im trying to watch the GA game and have missed this one and the last one due to this error. After all the research I have't seen this issue resolved for anyone. this is part of the service I pay for and I'm not getting my $$'s worth

This doesn't work either. It will not load it just continaully shows its "starting playback". I have reviewed all of the suggestions for this issue that have been previously posted and I have yet to find a resolution. I would really hate to miss another GA on this account.

Please make sure that all ad blocking software and add-ons are either turned off or has an exception set up for xfinitytv.com and xfinity.com.
