This what I get when I try and play TV programs online. I uninstalled Silverlight and flash player and reinstalled them. Enabled playback in Silverlight. The guy I called before you said it could be my modem. My Modem? Its seems to working fine so he directed me to an expert  Can you help ? I want to see some past episodes of TV programming I missed.
