error code 900|102100, and message 422

I have an Inspirion-660 office Dell computer with windows 8.1. When I try to watch a movie on Firefox it says, Sorry, this video cannot be played. Lucy (the movie) is currently unavailable. 422. When I try to watch it on Google Chrome, it gives me an error message of 900|102100 after the advertisement screen comes up. The advertisement does not appear though. This has been going on for quite some time now. It doesn't do it on all movies or all live TV stations but seemingly just the ones I really want to watch! lol. But could someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! I want to get this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your time and even reading the message/post.

I have been working on this alone and with comcast for 2 weeks. IT is definately a settings issue maybe with flash, or xfinity video. But it doesnt happen on all my computers. I am suprised COMCAST hasnt been able to figure this issue out.

im sure its prob from a microsoft update,,,,,oh well.
