i keep getting an error 6000 when i try to play some of the tv shows and movies from encore.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, what specific Encore movies are you trying to watch? I would like to test them out.

I get this when i click tv shows that are offered to view. this video cannot be played.

It was diferent and many encore movies i  got the error and on nbc shows i tried to watch.

Make sure you have the most up to date service pack installed for Windows XP then try again.
