error 533

I deleted the old version of Flash Player (with some difficulty) and then installed a newer version.  But the videos still will not load.  I tried various programs but they do not load.

The problem seemed to correct itself.  The videos are now playing.  I turned off the computer and restarted it.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
