error 3329.12012

Since installation last year I have called 15 - 20 times to resolve error 3329.12012.   Hours wasted on the phone.  I am asked to "verify" minutia about my account - over and over after each transfer, then often disconnected or given a circular runaround.   This is an issue where I am unable to stream CNBC and many other channels - often the HD channels.   Error message states "subscription required to view this channel."  Eventually someone is able to fix some the issue after days of calling.  A week or so later problem resolves.  I am PAYING for a service not received.  When I delay paying I am disconnected.  Nice.
