dvr recordings list incomplete

dvr recordings list incomplete

My DVR recordings on https://tv.xfinity.com/recordings list only showing those recorded in the last week, both under the recent and alphabetical sort as well as the 4 dots/lines button choices right next to the sort pull-down.

 

Is there a way to see a list of (and watch) older ones?  Perhaps some sort of a DVR saved list reload to the cloud?

The Cloud only starts saving Recordings when the Cloud entitlement is added to your account.  IOW, if you had Cloud added to your account two weeks ago, it will only start saving the recordings since then.

 

There is no facility to "upload" from the DVR to the Cloud.
