dvr manager

Just got a new motorola dvr today, but get message 'DVR Manager is available in your area. However, we are unable to detect a compatible DVR in your household'.

 

is dvr manager available in 16630 and how do i activate it?

New equipment takes up towards 48 hours to be recognized on the DVR Manager apps.

 

If it doesn't show up by Monday, then post back and it can be escalated.

it has now been almost 72hrs since dvr was installed. still getting same error message

Please contact Comcast support, or email to the escalation team at we_can_help@cable.comcast.com so someone can look at the codes on your account.
