Hi, as of yesterday every time I try to watch a tv show on my computer, I get ads and the there is a message saying there are technical difficulties, it crashes and says to refresh. I refresh and then I get the ad again and it does the same thing all over again. Basically I can't watch anything online. It has been working fine until yesterday. My adobe flash player is up to date. What can I do as I'm paying for a service I am not receiving.

I've been having the same issue. Don't know what the problem is. I've tried Safari, Chrome, and Firefox so this is Comcast's problem. It seems they aren't concerned with fixing it.
