code 525/6002

just had my computer maintenanced and now it won't play videos through xfinity. cookies enabled, java enabled. i've uninstalled and reinstalled both adobe flash and silverlight. i have the latest version of firefox. i have windows xp. the vids are throwing code 525/6002. ive restarted my computer and also my broswers. nothing is working.

Please go here to donwload and install PlayReady PC and then try watching a video again.

I am having the same problem, error 525/6003. I've restarted, reinstalled silverlight, reinstalled adobe. Keeps saying DRM support is not enabled although it is. Do you have a link for Mac (OS 10.6.8)? I have tried on Firefox and Safari, both times nothing

it just stopped working and i have the same error  code i unistalled everything and installed. whats the deal

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
