Signed up from X1 cloud today and the customer service rep verified it was enabled.

 

Set it to record the Today show after it was enabled.

Went to Xfinity TV app on my iPhone and PC but there is not a "Recordings" section in either.

 

Is there something I must do on the X1 box?

Where do I agree to the terms and conditions?

After reading about 30 messages I decided to delete the Xfinity TV app from my iPhone and reinstall it.

 

Adding device came up then Terms & Conditions and now I have Recordings, Downloads and Scheduled under Saved.

 

Maybe this will help others.....
