closing the caption (two sets of captions on TV screen now)

Hi, I need the help to close the caption. Currently two sets of captions on the screen. I could turn off one set caption by using "closed captioning setup". But I failed to close the other set of caption, with black background and big white font, coming out at the begining of cable box connect. what should I do?

Thank you.

Are you watching on the XFINITY TV online portal or via your television set-top box? This forum is for the website but you mention "cable box connect" so want to clarify and make sure you are asking in the right forum.
