certain channels are out.

certain channels are out.

We have cable but do now have starz or any HGTV channels.  When will this be fixed and do we have to pay for this service when we are not receiving it? I am unable to talk with anyone in customer service.

Hi bwstack78, I do see that we are still doing some work in your area to get services restored. You can track the work being done and get updates on the estimated time this issue will be resolved by downloading our "My Account" app.
