cant get bbc america had it last night

i was able to watch the hours last night when i switched to internet explorer as my browser but cant today i have an orange key it is very annoying please advise is it my computer or the site

Another customer had the same problem you are having with the annoying orange key. See if this solution will help you out.

Are both Chrome and IE giving you orange keys?

 

Try clearing your cache and cookies then try signing in again.
