cannot log in anymore

cannot log in anymore

So the app stopped working.  (it wouldn't load any shows that I pulled up) I reinstalled the app and now when I go to log on it says Error:  Please check your Internet connection and try again.  It does this with Wi-Fi off or on and I know that my internet works because I just downloaded and installed the app!  Please help.  Thank you.
