can't watch anything online

can't watch anything online

We are waiting for installation and trying to watch shows online. Every channel I try to get says that I need a subscription. For example, I tired FX and it said that the channel isn't part of my package. When I double checked, FX is included.

Your service has to be installed and activated, the username has to be "provisioned to allow you to stream the channels online.

I am having the same problem and it worked fine up until now.  I was using my account on Saturday to watch something while away.
