Re: can't change zip code

Hello,

Can you be more specific?.

Are you receiving any error message?

What browser are you using? Have you tried other browser?

Have you tried refreshing your browser?

Have you tried clearing your browser cookies, cache, temp files and history?

Has it ever worked before if so what changes have you made?

Where are you trying to make the changes on the tv website?

Are you using a old web browser?

Have you search the forum to see if this problem has been already asked and if there was a solution to the problem?

TV Listings messed up

I can't change zip code.

Also, when I click on a show, the information window does not open up.

While on the TV listings page, click the Change Location button and a pop-up will appear. At the bottom of that box you will see a link that says "View more service areas". Click that link and you will now be able to change your zip code.

Thanks,
Joe
