i have been having issues for over a week with my on demand on my box top after tech visists and switching out the box the problem still persists..


no matter what show im watching if there is a comercial break atm kayak.com comercials freeze up my box. i have found a walk around by waiting 30 sec then resuming the show but this is a major pain and getting increasingly frustating. at this time after the latest tech visit it was agreed that this is an add server issue and not equipment on my end.


so here is the deal i pay for the top of the line service with all premium channels aswell as high speed internet. if this problem is not fixed in 1 weeks time (we are already on week 3) i will be switching my service to directv through att uverse. this includes my internet and tv service.  


i would also like to add that i will not be paying the early disconect fee because i am not recieving the service promised when i sighned up. fix it now or lose me as a customer
