audio but no video while trying to watch the survivor finale, episode 14

I'm trying to watch the survivor finale, episode 14 and I get audio but no video.  I'm able to watch other programs on the xfinity tv website, so it appears to be a problem with this show only. .  I also went to cbs's website and tried to watch it from there and had the same problem, so it could be an issue with the video file posted to the site.

Re: Survivor One World Ep 14

if you cant watch it on comcasts site or the cbs site then that means its an issue with whatever device your trying to watch it on, as the two are totally unrealted.

I tested the video and found no issues.
