all music choice channels are missing

When tryng to access any Music Choice channel, the screen shows up for a second or two then drops back the  channel that was originally being watched. Has Music Choice been dropped? Using X1 box, with Digital Preferred package.

Re: all music choice channels are missing

I am at work on my laptop but the music choice channels are there and working under live tv. Have 418 classic rock on right now and it is playing. I will try on my tv when I get home

Re: all music choice channels are missing

Your dvr is just out of spec and something may be knocking out the frequency that the music channels are coming in on. Check your cables, splitters etc. Remove any unnecessary splitters to get your equipment back in specs

Are you saying they are not in your channel lineup with everything else?  If so, try changing to All Channels in the Guide.

Re: all music choice channels are missing

It appears that Music Choice channels have been moved to the Sports and Entertainment package costing an extra $10 per month. I don't want the sports part of the package, and indeed, I'd get rid of all sports channels if I could, including ESPN. Why mixing Music Choice into a primarily sports offering is nonsense, but they can add anything to that package because of the Entertainment part of its name. They could put TCM there and charge extra because it's "Entertainment."

did someone tell you that at Comcast? The Music Choice channels are in my regular package (I don't sub to the Sports package). type music on your remote and see if the channels show up and select one and see what the response is on the screen. Does it do that on all of your set top boxes? on a desk/laptop or smart device?
