add PC or laptop as authorized device

How do you add a PC or laptop as an authorized device for watching online and downloading purchases? I can get as far as https://device.comcast.net/devices, but then I'm stuck.

If you are talking about tv to go then download the app and install on the device.

Re: add PC or laptop as authorized device

Thanks, but I was not able to find the download app for PC. I could only see the links for Android or Apple. I would simply like to add a PC to my authorized devices so I can stream movies I've purchased without downloading them.

Re: add PC or laptop as authorized device

With a PC just go to on demand or tv to go to stream.  It should verify your information.  No app just the browser.

Thanks, but I still can't see any purchases. How do you watch purchased movies from a laptop?

On Demand purchases.   Try the link below

No luck, and I have already checked and reset my parental controls. What else can you suggest?

Re: add PC or laptop as authorized device

You have to sign in with the primary account I think.

You also have to have Microsoft Silverlight installed as that is what the video uses to play.

I only have the primary account and I do have Silverlight. Glad I figured out this didn't work before I made any additional purchases.
