Xr11 will not shut off sonos play

Upgraded to x1 with an xr11 remote. After using code 33919 to sync PLAYBAR, volume works but doesn’t turn on/off. Any suggestions?

Were there any other Sonos codes using this procedure?

No other codes offered by xfinity or sonos. Common issues, it seems, without resolution.

Yes, that works. Good work around!

I don't Sonos offers an on/off infrared command for the Playbar. If Sonos doesn't provide a command there is nothing Comcast can do.
