Xfinity video player is always zoomed in and never plays correctly.

Whenever I try to watch a show on my laptop on xfinitytv.comcast.net the player is always zoomed in and crops the video by a decent amount and does the same if I go full screen.  The only fix I found for this so far is to right click on the player and choose show all and then zoom in my screen until it fits correctly which is extremely annoying.  If I could legally watch these shows any other way on my laptop I would because this is ridicouls.  I am on a mac running lion.  My silverlight is up to date.

It just sounds like your browser's view is either zoomed in or zoomed out too much. Under the view menu in your browser, choose Zoom to be "reset" or "actual size" and the video should play normally.

If you do not know how to do this, please tell me your operating system and browser settings so we can walk you through it.

Thanks,
Joe
