Xfinity tv go app

I have been unable to login. When I type in my information an hit login it always says PLEASE ENTER A VALID COMCAST ID OR EMAIL AND PASSWORD. Any suggestions? I have been using the information I use to pay my bill, log into HBO GO, and everything else. Do I need to enable this app from elsewhere? Thanks.

I see that you are using the same username and password for other features and it is working properly, but perhaps you can validate that Comcast ID and password with the links below.  You may also want to clear your cookies/cache where any passwords may be stored in case you have changed it recently.

No luck. I've been through those steps before. I have not changed my password in quite awhile. I even tried adding an additional user name to my account. I'm just not having any luck with this app.

When I try to install the app, I get the error message: "Packet File is Invalid". Several attempts, no success
