Xfinity to go - locked out of shows I always had access to prior to move

We moved on Tuesday to a new home & we requested that Comcast cancel our service at old home & activate the same service at new location. That eventually was resolved however now when I access xfinity to go on my iPad, I am locked out of shows that I always watch. We can access everything on tv okay but not iPad. Deleted xfinity app and reloaded but still receive message that I need to upgrade service. Help!!!,
